• Select the “Standard CCM Super Users” and “Standard CTI Enabled” groups and click Add

Note: Some phones also require permission for “Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones

• Click the “Save” button to finish creating the Application User. The Roles should now be

displayed based on the group membership.
